What do you look for when you are choosing your wedding photographer or wedding videographer? Are you looking for honesty, consistency, a personal connection, price, or all of the above? It can be very daughting to find the right person to be by your side the entirety of your wedding day. And, the options - SO MANY options to choose from. So I asked: What makes you initially reach out? Is it their website, their reviews, the transparency on their pricing, etc. What is it? What questions do you have for them once you chat with them? Do you ask about their process?
Their time in the industry?
What happens if the unspeakable takes place?
What kind of trouble shooting have they come across?
Who edits? Is there consistency?
What happens when or if an emergency takes place and your photographer or videographer can't make it? These are all outstanding questions that should all be pre-planned by your photographer or videographer before you even get on the phone with them.
As I have been in this industry for 6.5 years now - managing over 300 weddings and multiple photographers & videographer across North America, I can promise you that I have come across all the scenarios, all the what ifs, all the possibilities. I have chosen the route of honest and clear communication and know that I have an amazing group of photographers, videographers, & editors that will always be their to make sure that if a bump in the road happens - we will navigate it with YOUR best interest at heart.
I can also 100% guarantee that I have answers to all the questions, have experienced one form or another of any issue, and have made many couples very happy!
We always wish you the best in your wedding planning & hunting for your wedding media team and hope to be a top contender on your list.
Hugs
Kacy
